Modern Context for Ancient Text

I'm looking at what subjects need to address in pulpit ministry. I have asked what things need to be addressed. I get different answers depending on how I ask the question. Often people interprete the question to be, "What topics and series are good for preachers to preach on?" In reality, I'm trying to find out what nagging questions are bumping around in people's heads and hearts after they have contact with the world.

Tell me, list ten issues that the world needs addressed from the pulpit.

Ten issues the world needs addressed from the pulpit:

1. God is one (Deut. 6:4)
2. All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Rom. 3:23)
3. Repentance is a prerequisite to salvation(Mt. 3.2, Acts 2:38, etc.)
4. Jesus Christ --- There is no other name by which human beings are saved Acts 4:12).
5. Christians are saved by grace through faith (Eph. 2:8)
6. We need to not be conformed, but transformed by God (Rom. 12:1,2)
7. God is love (1 Jn 4:8)
8. God does not necessarily want us to be happy---he wants us to be faithful and obedient
9.What's good for America is not necessarily good for the Kingdom of God.
10.Through grace Christians are God's children and heirs to the kingdom of God (Lk. 12:32, Rom 8:17, 1 Jn 3:1)
